Abstract

E-commerce transactions or often referred to as buying and selling online, namely buying and selling made by sellers and buyers through the internet, where the seller and buyer do not meet each other. One of the social media used to sell goods is Instagram social media. Buying and selling online is increasingly crowded because it makes it easier for sellers to market their merchandise, and also makes it easier for buyers to find what they need. But in practice there are still sellers who commit fraud. From this background the problem formulation can be drawn: 1) How is the application of Islamic business ethics in e-commerce transactions to sellers of Instagram social media users, 2) How is the trend of the application of Islamic business ethics in e-commerce transactions to sellers of Instagram social media users, 3 ) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of Islamic business ethics in e-commerce transactions to sellers of Instagram social media users. This research is a case study research using a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used by data reduction, data presentation and verification. In this thesis the conclusion that sellers of Instagram social media users have not fully implemented Islamic business ethics. There are still some that are lacking in the application of business ethics

Abstract

This study tries to analyze the implementation of Human Resources (HR) management in MTs. Manbaul Huda Bandung City in improving the quality of education. This study uses qualitative methods, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The result of this research is that the implementation of human resource management in MTs. Manba'ul Huda Kota Bandung, among others: 1) Employee planning, 2) Employee procurement, 3) Employee guidance and development, 3) Promotion and transfer, 4) Employee dismissal, 5) Compensation and rewards. Related to efforts to improve the quality of education of school principals, the provision of awards in the form of free Umrah rewards and punishments in the form of transfer of positions or layoffs, the provision of rewards and punishments has a considerable influence on the work motivation of educators and educational staff so that it can improve the quality of education in these madrasas. The suggestions from the results of this study include: first, a strong figure of the head of the madrasah so that it is always maintained. Second, giving rewards and punishments in motivating the performance of educators and education personnel, is expected to continue to be carried out and even increase both in material and non-material characteristics.

Abstract

Freedom to learn, independent campus (MBKM) is one of distinguished program of Ministry of Education and Culture. In the program, it is expected that students improve their soft skills and hard skills by joining one of eight programs offered by the university. Link and Match was an initial program released in 1990s and then has been revised by the MBKM program. This manuscripts is aimed at revealing the important of quality mindset in Islamic higher school management in running the program. Some library researches and references are presented to enrich the analysis including reputable journals and books. The concept of a critical education is used as a tool of analysis. The theory of education suggested by Illich (2000), Walker (1981), dan Nabhani (2001) is used while the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) in education stated by Salis (2002) is carried as a framework of analysis in discussing the study. The study shows that quality mindset plays an important role in maintaining the Islamic higher school existence in the middle of change and government demand, industry and factory world, and encourage Islamic university in competition with other campuses in Indonesia.

Abstract

The discourse on sexual consent material for high school and university students continues the roll, develops, and becomes an interesting conversation. The plan generated a lot of attention and concern from various activists. A scientific study is held to criticize and analyze how good and bad it is if the concept of sexual consent is completely normalized in Indonesia. From this phenomenon, several research problems were formulated to find answers about what sexual consent education is, how to educate on sexual consent from the perspective of national education goals, and the perspective of Islamic education. The research method used a qualitative data approach. A concept analysis of the study of the draft RUU P-KS Bab I Pasal 1 ayat 1 text study as a primary data source and supported by several competent informants and other literacy as a secondary data source. The results of the study, sexual consent is to do sexual activity in a free conscious state without coercion. Sexual consent is not the right solution in solving the problem of crime and sexual violence in society. Sex education needs to be taught to generations, but sexual consent education needs to be rejected. Sexual consent is the core of rejection by various parties because sexual consent is very contradictory to the goals of national education. Sexual education Islamic education perspective is very important to be given ang emphasized on students. In the perspective of Islam education, the fulfillment of sexual needs is the fulfillment of rights and obligations through marriage lawful by Islamic law. There is no sexual consent in Islam, where there is sincerity and sensitivity to understand each other`s physical and psychological condition from a married partner. It is a hope, sexual consent education is not the norm in the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

The decision-making taken by the school leadership must be participatory, meaning that all components of the school community must be involved in the decision-making process carried out by the leader, but if you look at the various phenomena that appear in the field, it turns out that there are still many principals in making decisions centrally. With the existence of centralized decision-making, the execution of the results of the decision could not go well because the school community felt that they were not involved in the decision-making. To obtain good decision results and can be implemented by those with good interests, of course, there needs to be a more in-depth study of how to make participatory decisions by exploring knowledge about authority, power, and leadership influence. The three scientific study activities focused on the basic education level by taking a case study at SDN 198 Mekarjaya, Bandung. From the scientific study of the three components, several research problems were formulated to seek answers about the relationship between authority, power, and leadership influence. Education-based on religious, philosophical, psychological, and sociological reviews. The research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study in one of the basic education institutions at SDN 198 Mekarjaya, Bandung City. The results of the research on the authority, power, and influence of leadership at SDN 198 Mekarjaya based on a religious review show that the education leadership, in this case, the principal, always acts on a religious basis. Judging from the philosophical basis that the principle always applies the values ​​of ethical idealism in each of his main tasks. Judging from the psychological basis, the principal in making decisions or policies is very careful and always considers input from various parties. Judging from the social basis, the principal in carrying out school management is quite mastered. Recommendations from the results of the study, that the principal of both kindergarten, elementary, high school / vocational school, is better in carrying out educational leadership in schools always positioning himself as a democratic leader and manager, prioritizing deliberation, and being able to make participatory decisions so that school residents feel involved directly so that an attitude arises to carry out the decision voluntarily. Forced decisions are usually not good. Principals in using authority, power, and influence in schools should apply wisely so that educational goals can be achieved properly without any negative excesses.
